Turmeric Powder: Turmeric contains curcumin, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt is high in protein and probiotics, which can help support the immune system.

Chia seeds: Chia seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

Honey: Honey is a natural antibacterial.

Here's a recipe for an immunity smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon OMG Immunity Blend
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon OMG Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust water or coconut water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy your immunity smoothie!

You can add or remove ingredients according to your preference and availability, for example, you can add a few slices of lemon for extra Vitamin C.
