Please note: Due to potential safety risks with ingestible products, all sales are final and items are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. Just email us at sales@omgsuperfoods.com with a photo of the item and the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
