Better-For-You Summer Giveaway – Official Rules

INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and Participating Brands
The Better-For-You Summer Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and jointly
administered by the following brands (collectively, the “Sponsors”):
● OMG Superfoods
● Day Out
● House Party
● Bare Life
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram, Meta, or any other platform on which it is promoted.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who
are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and
officers of the Sponsors, their parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, and the
immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of each such
employee are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, July 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on
Wednesday, July 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted
before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Giveaway landing page at
https://omgsuperfoods.com/pages/giveaway during the Giveaway Period and
submit your valid contact information (name and email address). No like, comment, or
social media interaction is required to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. No bonus entries are
available.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) winner will receive a prize package containing the following items:
● Day Out: Grab and Go Sample Pack – ARV $32
● House Party: Party Box with Koozies & Stickers – ARV $75
● Bare Life:
• 8-serving pouch of Dairy Free, Gluten-Free & Vegan Frozen Hot Cocoa Frappe
Mix – ARV $14.99
• Eco-Friendly Glass Tumbler with bamboo lid and straw – ARV $23.19
• Subtotal – ARV $38.18
● OMG Superfoods: OMG Superfood Bundle (includes Matcha Latte, Brain Boost,
Chaga Mocha, Chaga Chai, Golden Milk, and Energy Boost) – ARV $116.75
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined: $261.93
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made, except
at Sponsors’ sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner
will be notified via email on or about July 22, 2025. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification. If the winner
does not respond within the 48-hour window, another winner may be selected at
Sponsors’ discretion.
7. Shipping
Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available.
Sponsors will cover all standard shipping costs.
8. Privacy & Data Sharing
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails and
promotional messages from all four participating brands: OMG Superfoods, Day Out,
House Party, and Bare Life.
Participants also acknowledge and consent that their submitted contact information
(e.g., name and email address) will be collected and shared equally among all four
participating brands for use in email marketing, promotional outreach, and audience
engagement.
By submitting an entry, you are granting permission for your data to be used and shared
by all Sponsors in accordance with each brand's individual privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the
Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering
with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their
respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out
of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate
court located in the state of the primary brand Sponsor
