Recipe: Matcha Energy Bites
Ingredients 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened 1/2 cup cashew butter 3 tablespoons OMG Organic Matcha Powder 1 tablespoon coconut oil 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 teaspoons maple syrup pinch sea salt OMG Organic Cacao Powder, for rolling  Directions Add all of the ingredients except for the cacao powder into a food processor. Process on high until smooth. Place mixture in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Remove and roll into balls. Roll balls into cacao powder, if desired. Enjoy!
