The Evening Root Ritual

The Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Organic Ashwagandha powder

1 cup of your preferred milk (oat, almond, or dairy)

A pinch of cinnamon and a small amount of honey

The Steps

  1. Gently warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in the Ashwagandha and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a mug, add honey if desired, and sip slowly.
