Tofu Scramble Breakfast Recipe


1 block of extra firm tofu

2 Tbsp olive oil

3/4 cups of white onion

1 clove of garlic

3/4 cup of baby spinach

2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast

1 tsp of OMG! Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp of sea salt

black pepper to taste


Crumble the tofu and set aside. Next, cut the onion into small dice and mince garlic. Bring a frying pan to medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Next, add the onions and reduce heat to medium. When onions are translucent, add minced garlic, stir and let it cook until onions are caramelized. Add the crumbled tofu and combine with the onion and garlic. Cook for approximately 4 minutes on high heat. Add spinach and cook for 1 minute. Next, add turmeric, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and cook for another 2 -3 minutes.
