Superfood powder | Superfood recipes

Ingredients: 

1 cup oat flour

1/2 cup nut butter (any will work) 

1/2 cup Ancestral Roots Seed Trilogy Mix

1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweet or unsweetened)

6Tbs milk of choice 

1tsp OMG! Maca Powder


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix together until well combined. Place mixture into a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking pan and use your hands to spread the mixture out evenly over the pan. Place the pan into the freezer for about 15 minutes. Remove from the freezer, and cut the mixture into whatever size bars you'd like. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or keep in the freezer for even longer.
