- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla⅔ cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. OMG! Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
- 1 cup ice
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
