Moody Blues SmoothieBowl

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1 & 1/2 frozen banana

1 tsp OMG! Spirulina

1 Tbsp collagen peptides

1 tsp OMG! Ashwaganda

Handful of ice

Splash of Coconut Water

Toppings: 

Bananas

Blueberries

Honey crisp apple

OMG! Cacao Nibs

Raw almonds

Raw buckwheat

Black & white tahini.

Directions:

Blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth. Top with  your choice of toppings.
