Maca Nut Butter
2 cups of raw mixed nuts (1 cup cashews, 3/4 walnuts, 1/4 cup macadamia nuts)
1-2 tsp OMG! maca powder
Pinch of sea salt
Roast the raw nuts in the oven at 325 degrees until golden brown (time may vary).
Allow nuts to cool for about 5 minutes and then add them + the maca powder / salt into a food processor.
Process the mixture on high speed, scraping the sides every so often, until it reaches a creamy, nut butter consistency.
You may need to do this in 30 second intervals with rests in between to avoid burning out the motor of the food processor.
Once everything is well combined and the desired consistency reached, store in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge.
