Fall Asleep with Stress Relieving Ashwagandha Cookies
What’s a better way to fall asleep than with a warm glass of milk and a plate of cookies? We can think of one! Instead of your regular cookies, try this recipe for Ashwagandha Cookies. Ashwagandha has long been used for its stress relieving and sleep encouraging properties. This all natural sleep aid and easy to bake recipe will have you relaxed in no time.
- 1/2 cup refined wheat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. OMG! Ashwagandha Powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Sift flour, Ashwagandha Powder, and salt together, set aside. In a medium bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar and mix well; add milk to the mixture and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients to the mixture and knead into a dough. From dough into 1” balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 2-3 minutes, until golden-brown, in a 375° oven.
