Cool Chaga Smoothie

Chaga tea has long been consumed for its antiviral properties. During flu season, a nice warm tea is perfect. However, we still need protection during the various seasons. This smoothie provides all of the same nutritional and antiviral properties of chaga tea in a cool, delicious package.

Directions: 

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add OMG! Chaga Mushroom Powder. Let sit for 3-5 minutes to create a tea. Let cool, then combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
