BLUEBERRY CARDAMOM AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 to 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 heaping tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp OMG! Recovery Blend 
  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 to 2 pitted date
  • 1 tbsp of OMG! Black Chia Seeds 

Directions:

Stir mix, add 2-3 ice cubes, and enjoy!
