Sweet N' Salty Coconut Pecan Butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chopped pecans
1Tbs OMG! coconut sugar
1/8tsp sea salt
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place coconut flakes and pecans onto a baking sheet and bake until the coconut is golden brown (time will vary). Place the roasted coconut/pecan into a small food processor along with the coconut sugar and salt. Process until everything is well combined and it reaches a nut butter consistency (5-10 minutes depending on the strength of your food processor). Pour the butter into a small mason jar and seal with a lid. Store at room temperature for up to 5 days. Or store in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
